Open Question: What can a teen do for my 15th birthday with friends... any places that's good for a teen bday party?

okay my 15th birthday is comming up... i want to have a pool party at a hotel with lots of people and then sleep over with like 10-16 people? OR i can private lounge party...? or MAYBE just a house party? which one is good ? but.... i want it less than $200 any ideas? or any places i can go? btw..
